Licensing Scheme To Be Relaunched

April 19th, 2010

We are putting the finishing touches on our revised Licensing Scheme called the Advantage ACT Associate Program.

The Associate Program will be relaunched at our next Business Breakfast to be held on 18 May 2010 at our offices in Silver Lakes, Pretoria.

Under this scheme, approved trainers can acquire licenses to present a number of Advantage ACT’s courses in-house for their organisation’s employees under the Advantage ACT name.

The Advantage ACT Associate Program enables approved facilitators to present the following courses:

  • Induction Course (OHSAct Legal Overview or Mine H&S Act Legal Overview)
  • Office Health and Safety Course
  • Health and Safety Representatives Course
  • Environmental Awareness Course
  • Supervisor Health and Safety Course
  • Incident Investigation Course
  • HIRA Course
  • Critical Task Analysis & Job Safety Analysis Course
  • Any other customized courses as per the clients’ request

The advantage of presenting Advantage ACT approved courses are:

  • No more travelling and accommodation costs of the facilitator to come on-site and do a course.
  • No more travelling and accommodation costs of the delegate to get to Advantage ACT offices to attend the course.
  • Courses can be scheduled as per your diary and you do not have to wait for availability of an external facilitator.
  • No more developing and printing of your own material.
  • Readymade package per course delegate including manuals, certificates, assessment docs, etc.
  • Excellent investment in external specialist knowledge and skill that is built into the course material.
  • 50% and more reduction on actual training costs.

The content of the courses are continually updated to keep abreast of international best practices and the latest Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality trends and legislation.

All courses are already designed to adhere to the best outcomes-based educational principals.

Courses are also designed to include not only theory and practice, but also practical application in order to maximise knowledge and skill transfer.

If you are interested in the Associate Program and would like to discover how this scheme functions and how it can help you to control training costs, then please contact Suzette on 012 809 4210 to reserve your place at our next Business Breakfast.
