Train-the-Trainer Course
5-days. NQF Level 4
Our Train the Trainer course is a pivotal aspect of our Associate Program.
This course will provide the prospective Associate with the tools, techniques and confidence necessary to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to learners.
About Competency
A 70% knowledge-based test result does not guarantee that the person is competent!
Skills development requires a skilled and hands-on approach. Learners need to be given the opportunity to apply new concepts in the learning environment.
They then need to put their new skills into practice until they can repeatedly deliver the same performance. Then, and only then, are they considered “competent”.
Competence is defined as a balance between knowledge and skill or theory and practical application. Have your delegates received the competence after attending a course or was it only the theory that they received on the course?
Target Group
- In-house Trainers
Pre-Requisites
